THE WHISKY
Layered, luminous, unapologetically smooth.
Designed for neat pours, slow evenings and quiet rebellions. Lady Bourbon balances Highland malt elegance with the candied depth of bourbon oak.
Aroma
Honeycomb, vanilla bean and burnt orange peel over warm oak, heather smoke and a whisper of sea salt.
Palate
Silky layers of toffee, toasted coconut and dark honey, lifted by citrus zest, nutmeg and soft char.
Finish
Long, warming and gently smoky, with lingering notes of crème brûlée, clove and cocoa nib.

We work with a family-owned Highland distillery, drawing on time-worn methods: copper pot stills, patient fermentation and natural colour from the cask alone.
Every batch of Lady Bourbon is built from a small selection of casks. Only those that deliver our signature honeyed smoke and velvet texture make the final cut.

Copper, oak, and time.
We distil in tall copper stills for a lighter, floral spirit that can stand up to the richness of bourbon casks. Every barrel is tasted repeatedly as it matures, and only a handful earn the Lady Bourbon seal.
